Villa D'Este Village HOA 2020 Annual Meeting and Regular Meetings

Note: The HOA will host Zoom meetings to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Zoom login information will be sent in advance of each meeting. Non-owner VDEV community residents are welcome to participate in the open discussion sessions during regular meetings. Please send an email to the Board if you'd like to participate.

Regular Meeting: Thursday, November 5th, beginning at 7 p.m.

Agenda: 1) Board member volunteer discussion and vote; 2) Open session to hear owner questions and concerns; 3) CY 20201 budget planning; 4) Possible brief executive session (to protect the privacy of individual owner accounts only)

Annual Meeting: Sunday, November 22nd, beginning at 1 p.m.

(The proxy vote form will be sent to owners in advance)

Agenda: 1) Board Secretary nomination and vote; 2) Status of the HOA and financial review; 3) Spending priorities discussion; 4) General discussion

Regular Meeting: Tuesday, December 8th, beginning at 7 p.m.

Agenda: 1) Open session to hear owner questions and concerns; 2) Vote on CY 2021 budget
