Parking Spaces Reminder & Visitor Spaces Update

Please park only in the spaces assigned to your unit. Do not park or allow your guests to park in your neighbors' parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing. If you are uncertain which spaces are assigned to your unit, please contact the board.

Also, effective January 1, 2017, parking spaces #157, #158 & #159 on Lower Kingsbridge Drive are rented out to homeowners. These spaces are no longer available for guest parking. If the homeowners renting these spaces find unauthorized vehicles parked in those spaces, they have the option of having those vehicles towed at the vehicle owners expense.
